为了生产出合格的高精度、轻量化薄壁壳体铸件,采用压铸性能好的A380铝合金,在冷室压铸机上,确定影响因素及水平,合理地设计试制试验。采用正交试验,确定最优工艺参数为:充型速度为0.2 m/s
增压时间为5 s
压射比压为60 MPa
在此条件下可得到了合格的A380合金薄壁壳体压铸件。
Abstract
A380 aluminum alloy was adopted to manufacture thin-wall shell with high precision and lightweight in LK cold chamber die casting machine. At the same time
through determing influencing factors and level
testing experiment was designed rationally. The optimized processing parameters were presnted as follows: filling velocity of 0.2 m/s
pressization time of 5 s and injection specific pressure of 60 MPa by orthogonal design to produce the qualified die casting thin-walled A380 housing.
