摘要

通过连铸连轧-拉拔-中间退火-拉拔法制备了5154铝合金铆钉线。采用力学性能测试、显微组织观察等方法分析了退火后铆钉线的力学性能和微观组织。结果表明

当退火温度为460℃时

5154铝合金铆钉线的力学性能理想

这与材料中的第二相变化以及晶粒的大小有关。

Abstract

5154 aluminum alloy for rivet wire was fabricated by continuous casting and rolling-drawing-intermediate annealing-drawing. The mechanical properties and microstructure of the annealed rivet wire were analyzed by means of tensile testing and SEM observation. The results reveal that the mechanical properties of 5154 alloy for rivet wire are desirable with the annealing temperature of 460 ℃

which is related with the transformation of the second phase and the grain size.
