也可以通过改变浇注温度和焙烧温度来解决
有时还需要改变铸件的结构。对于铸件表面毛刺
在试验过程中发现
优化影响铸件表面毛刺的部分工艺参数
取得了很好的效果。
Abstract
In investment casting production
castings with isolated hot spot are often encountered.In general
some problems can be solved by changing assemble-tree design or changing the structure design of castings.The kind of defect can also be eliminated or improved by changing pouring temperature and baking temperature.Some technological parameters affecting the surface burr of castings were presented in the experiment.After more than three years of production verification
the effect was satisfactory.
