The thermodynamic factors affecting the hydrogen absorption of Al-Si-Mg alloy melt were analyzed by establishing the thermodynamic model.The results show that through reducing air humidity
melting temperature and pressure
it is helpful to reducing hydrogen absorption rate of aluminum melt.The content of silicon and magnesium is linearly proportional to the content of[H]*at the air/melt interface.Through increasing the content of silicon and reducing the content of magnesium
it is conductive to reducing the content of[H]*at the air/melt interface
thereby reducing the hydrogen absorption rate of liquid aluminum.
