摘要

本文通过对铝质自行车左、右曲柄的挤压铸造工艺结构分析、对采用不同铝合金的铸造性能、机械性能及使用性能的分析

最后确定

无论采用锻铝合金中LD

或是6063

只要选用造的挤压铸造工艺参数

经热处理后都能达到锻件水平。

Abstract

The paper analyzes the processing of squeeze ccasting

and the casting

mechanical and serving properties of different aluminum alloys Used in left and right cranks of aluminum parts of bicycle. It is concluded that the forging aluminum alloys

such as LD5 and 6063 can meet the requirements of forging materials as long as the suitable processing parameters of squeeze casting is found and the heat treatment is used.
