摘要

研究了６１０５柴油机进气管模样在振动造型中的变形及其影响因素，得到了铸件尺寸变化的大致规律和合适的振动造型工艺

Abstract

Taking an intake manifold of 6105 diesel as the subject of the experiment

the paper has studied how the sand vibration moulding for EPC influences the deformation and distortion of the foam pattern. A proper vibration moulding process has been developed.
