摘要

结合新型铝合金管子钳钳柄的结构特点

设计出了生产钳柄零件的挤压铸造模具

并对模具的结构参数和挤压铸造工艺参数进行了优化

经生产实践验证

用该模具生产的制件完全达到了设计要求。

Abstract

According to the structure of the new handle of Al-alloys pipe wrench

Squeeze casting die of wrench handle has been designed and optimum the parameters of model structure and squeeze casting. It is proved that

the parts which is produced with the die can achieve requirements of design.
