摘要

研究了ＬＳＭ法制备ＴｉＢ２粒子增强ＡｌＳｉ７复合材料的物相组成；考察了ＴｉＢ２粒子对热处理组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明，按Ｋ２ＴｉＦ６＋２ＫＢＦ４＝ＴｉＢ２＋４ＫＦ＋５Ｆ２反应式计算，在ｗ（ＴｉＢ２）为５％时，在复合材料中可以生成稳定且均匀分布的ＴｉＢ２粒子，未发现ＴｉＡｌ３等相。材料的杨氏模量由７２．３ＧＰａ提高至９６．８ＧＰａ。ＴｉＢ２粒子对热处理组织与性能无明显影响

Abstract

The TiB\-2/Al 7Si composite was fabricated by LSM method.The phase analysis of the composite was carried out by XRD. The effect of TiB\-2 particulate on heat treated properties and structures was examined. The results showed that TiB\-2 particulates distribute in the composite stably and homogeneously with nominal w （TiB\-2）=5% addition calculated by K\-2TiF\-6+2KBF4=TiB2+4KF+5F\-2.No phase as TiAl\-3 has been found. Young′s modulus increaes from 72.3 GPa to 96.8 GPa. TiB\-2 particulates have no obvious effects on the heat treated structure and properties.
