摘要

干砂的紧实和充填是消失模铸造的造型关键，在自行设计制造的三维振动台上进行了干砂紧实和紧实度的分布、水平管的充填过程和充填效果的试验。结果表明：振动时间、振动方式和振动加速度大小是影响干砂紧实和充填的主要因素。

Abstract

Dry sand filling and compacting are the key to the molding for the EPC. The experiments on the dry sand compaction and the dispersion of compactness

the filling process and effect for the horizontal the tube were made by use of the self\|designed 3D vibration table and the characteristics of dry sand filling and compacting have been researched. The experimental results show that the primary affecting factors on the dry sand filling and compacting are thd vibration time
