摘要

设计和制造了 1台双金属双结晶器连续铸造试验机

其特征是 :①结晶器为水冷铜套内衬石墨套 ;②结晶器上面连接可控制温度的熔化保温炉 ;③在高度方向上设置一高一低、直径一小一大的结晶器。在此试验机上

成功地连续铸造出芯部直径2 0mm的铜合金

外层厚度为 10mm的锌铝合金的双金属复合圆棒。通过测试和分析此复合圆棒的宏观和微观的复合断面、化学成分分布、复合界面的剪切强度

证明此连续铸造试验机可以制备出复合良好的铜锌铝双金属棒

Abstract

We have developed a continuous casting machine with dual crystallizer for compund bimetal. The machine is characterized as follow: 1

graphite sleeve set in water cooling copper sleeve; 2

melting and holding electric resistance furnace with temperature control connected to crystallizer; 3

along the height a crystallizer with small diameter and a crystallizer with large diameter set in higher and lower position respectively. Through macro micro structure observation

chemical composition analysis and shear strength test in the compound interface

it is evident to get good compound Cu AlZn bimetal rod with inner diameter 20mm copper rod and external diameter 10mm ZnAl rod.
