摘要

铜银合金电车线平直度差、强度低的主要原因是连铸时的晶粒粗大、含银量不均匀所致。细化晶粒、均匀含银量是解决该问题的关键。通过高温熔炼、低温引杆以及增加结晶器底部储液量等措施提高了电车线的综合性能

Abstract

Coarse grain and un-homogenous Ag content during continuous casting lead to poor flatness and low strength of Cu-Ag alloy tramcar touching wire

so the grain should be fined and Ag content should be unifonninged. The comprehensive performance of the tramcar touching wire could be improved through smelting at high temperature

drawing pole at low temperature and raising the liquid alloy storage in crystallizer bottom.
