相变热焓 114 .6J/g ;热加工性能优良 ;在高于 5 5 0℃时其组织是 β相
在低于5 5 0℃时其组织是α +β相
耐磨颗粒是多元富铁相 ;力学性能分别为σb=796MPa
σ0 .2 =675MPa
δ5=2 0 %
HB =2 18。同时报道了不同热处理条件下组织和性能的关系
HAl64-5-4-2 alloy is one of complex brasses with high strength
wear resistance and impact resistance used for car’s synchronous gear ring and other wear resistant parts. In the process of extruded tube production
some key technologies
such as smelting and uniformity of Fe
Mn
production technique of non-defective ingot
control of tube straightness
were optimized. The specification was showed as follows: melting point of the alloy 910.4 ℃;flowing point 949.2 ℃; △H114.6 J/g
and excellent heat workability. Microstructure of the alloy-β phase at more than 550 ℃; while α+β phase at less than 550 ℃
wear resistant particle with multi-element rich Fe phase. The maximum mechnical properties σ b=796 MPa
σ 0.2=675 MPa
δ 5=20%
HB=218. The relation between microstructure and the properties was examined under different heat treatment conditions.
