摘要

为寻找一种低热裂倾向的高强韧铸造铝合金材料

研究了锆和钒对铝铜系HA合金力学性能的影响规律。试验结果表明

添加适量的钒可以显著提高材料的抗拉强度和伸长率 ;锆对提高材料的抗拉强度和伸长率有一定的作用

Abstract

Effects of alloying elements Zr and V on the mechanical properties of HA alloy in Al Cu alloy series were investigated to develop a high strength and toughness cast Al alloy with low hot tearing trend. The results showed that proper V addition can significantly enhance both tensile strength and elongation of the alloy while Zr can improve these properties to a certain extent.
