Abstract
Bulk amorphous alloy possessed high strength and hardne ss as well as excellent magnetic property. There existed a super cooling temper ature interval with Newton flow state for the alloy capable of super plastic fo rming. A series of excellent properties of the bulk amorphous alloy were surveye d. And the present different preparation methods for bulk amorphous alloy were c ompared. It is pointed out that the rapidly solidified powder metallurgy has great signi ficance in the preparation field of the bulk amorphous alloy.
