摘要

采用转动输送管方法制备了半固态ZL10 1合金浆料

并对不同工艺参数条件下的合金微观组织形成和演化过程进行了研究。试验结果表明

控制浇注温度（64 0℃ ）、输送管转速（2 3 2r/min）、结晶器冷却强度（结晶器预热 470℃ ）等工艺参数

能得到圆整的半固态显微结构

适当的浇注温度和输送管转速可以提高熔融态合金的有效形核数目

降低结晶器冷却强度有利于初生α相呈近球形生长

Abstract

The formation and evolution of microstructure of the semi-solid ZL101 alloy slurry prepared by rotating duct were observed under conditions of different processing variables.The exprimental results showed that the spheroidal semi-solid microstructure can be obtained by controlling processing variables

including pouring temperature （640 ℃）

rotating velocity of the duct （232 r/min） and cooling intensity of the crystallizer（preheating 470 ℃）.The effective nucleation numbers of the molten alloy can be increased at a proper pouring temperature and rotating velocity of the duct.It is benefit to growth of primary near-spheroidal α phase by reducing cooling intensity of the crystallizer.
