Effects of processing parameters on eddy current in Cu-Al-Cu cladding plate have been simulated by ANSYS software. The results show that there exists a desirable ratio of copper to aluminum thickness with the cladding plate in a given whole thickness

and the electric efficiency is increased with the increase of the cladding plate in width. In addition

the figure of the cladding plate has greatly affected the eddy current. The electric efficiency of double-side cladding plate with round edge is superior to that of ones with rectangle edge

and is superior to that of four-sides copper plate with the same size and rectangle edge.
