摘要

利用XRD和DSC研究了微量Sr对AZ91D镁合金凝固过程的影响。结果表明:Sr的加入对合金的固相线温度影响不大

但能明显降低合金的液相线温度

从而减小结晶温度间隔。当Sr的添加量（质量分数

下同）分别为0·2%和0·5%时

合金中没有新相形成

合金中的Sr主要以固溶的形式存在。当Sr的添加量达到0·8%时

Sr与Al形成高熔点的Al4Sr相。

Abstract

Effects of Sr on the solidification of AZ91D magnesium alloy have been observed by XRD （X-ray diffraction） and DSC. The results show that although Si addition has slightly affected on solidus temperature of the AZ91D Mg alloy

it can greatly decrease the liquidus of the alloy to reduce crystallized temperature interval. With 0.2% or 0.5% Sr addition

major Sr is dissolved into the alloy rather than forms new phase in ones. However

with 0.8% Sr addition

high melt point Al

Sr phase is created in the AZ91D alloy.
