摘要

低过热度浇注弱电磁搅拌技术集中了低过热度浇注与电磁搅拌技术优势

是一种新型、经济的半固态浆料制备技术。采用低过热度浇注弱电磁搅拌技术制备了Al-30Si过共晶合金半固态浆料

对浇注温度、搅拌功率、搅拌时间等工艺参数对浆料组织的影响规律进行了研究。

Abstract

The low superheat pouring low intensity electromagnetism stirring technology is a new type of semi-solid slurry preparation

which is economical and coupled the advantage with low superheat pouring and low intensity electromagnetism stirring technology. By means of low superheat pouring low intensity electromagnetism stirring

the semi-solid Al-30%Si alloy slurry is prepared and the effect of pouring temperatures

stirring time and power on the microstructures of samples is studied

which is a creative work. The research process is important and the results can be used to widen the application region of 30%Si materials and the new technology.
