摘要

用喷射成形工艺制备了Al-20Si-5Fe合金

并利用OM、SEM和XRD研究了Al-20Si-5Fe合金沉积锭和过喷粉的微观组织。通过对比过喷粉和沉积锭的微观组织

分析了喷射成形过程中Al-20Si-5Fe合金中富Fe相的形成机制。沉积坯中富Fe相为短棒状是由于沉积过程中针状富Fe相发生折断所致的。

Abstract

Microstructures of the Al-20Si-5Fe alloy perform and sprayed-form powder prepared by spray forming technology were observed by OM（optical microscope）

SEM（scanning electron microscope）and XRD（x-ray diffraction）.The formation mechanism of Fe-rich phase in Al-20Si-5Fe alloy during spray forming was analyzed by microstructure observation of sprayed form powder and perform.The formation of short rod-like Fe-rich phase in the perform is resulted from the fracture of acicular Fe-rich phase during deposited process.
