摘要

探讨了如何快速准确地设计挤压铸造模具型腔、型芯和镶块。利用3D Max和Cult 3D实现了挤压铸造模具的拆装及开、合模、卸料等过程的运动仿真设计和材质设置

对各零件设置触发事件和动作参数

动态地展示模具的开、合模原理和方法以及模具各零件的装配关系和步骤。最后在VC++6.0中对虚拟现实文件进行免插件、免安装、免调试设计

生成在任意Windows平台下即可点击运行的短小精悍的文件。

Abstract

Abstact:This paper explores how to establishcavity

core and die insert of squeeze casting moldquickly.It uses 3D Studio MAX to designthe motion simulationof disassembling

assembling

mold-opening

mold-unloading and mold-closing of squeeze casting mold and set materialof the model.Then use Cult 3D to set trigger event and action parameter for mold parts.Show the principles and methods of mold-opening and mold-closing of squeeze casting mold squeeze castingmold and methods and procedure of assembling of each part of squeeze casting molddynamically.Finally makethe virtual reality document toexecutable programwhich can be executed without software package

debugging and installing.It can be executed by clicking under any Windows oprating system.
