以优化超低速压铸工艺及其参数。试验结果表明
在超低速试验条件下
各种浇注温度下铸件的密度都比普通压铸要高;浇注温度有最佳值
最佳值的大小和模具温度、脱模剂有关。在超低速基准试验条件下
浇注温度的最佳值为700℃
此时合金中的初生α-Al为树枝晶状
与较高浇注温度时相比
一次和二次枝晶臂明显变小或变短
铸件性能较高。
Abstract
In order to optimize the super slow speed (SSS) die casting process
effects of pouring temperature on mechanical properties of ADC12 magnesium alloy in SSS die casting were examined with a standard tensile testing specimen. The results show that the density of specimen in SSS die casting is higher than that in conventional die castings at various pouring temperatures. There exists a critical value for pouring temperature
which is closely related to die temperature and releasing agent. The desirable pouring temperature is 700 ℃ under the SSS condition
and the dendrite primary α-Al phase can be observed in the alloy at the pouring temperature. Compared with that in the alloy poured at higher temperature
the primary and secondary dendritic arm becomes shorter in the alloy
