在不同温度下对Al-20Si合金进行重熔处理
然后与纯锌(+电解铜)熔体混熔
制备了原位硅颗粒增强锌基复合材料
并对复合材料的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明
通过调整工艺
可以使细化的硅颗粒均匀地分布在锌铝合金基体上。与相应的基体合金相比
复合材料的硬度与抗拉强度均得到显著提高
但伸长率却明显下降。
Abstract
Al-20Si alloy was remelted at different temperatures
and then was mixed with Zn melt by means of electrolyte copper to fabricate silicon particle reinforced zinc matrix composites. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by SEM (scanning electron microscope)
XRD (X-ray diffraction) and tensile testing. The results indicate that fine silicon particles distributed homogeneously in the ZA27 alloy can be obtained by adjusting the technical design. Hardness and tensile strength of the prepared composites are greatly superior to those of ZA27 matrix alloy
while elongation is distinctly lower than that of the ZA27 alloy.
