摘要

介绍了铝合金铸件埋铜管成形油路技术的成形工艺和后续的清除工艺。重点对浓硝酸腐蚀铜管的工艺进行了分析。结果表明

采用65%的硝酸溶液

在计算量2倍用量的条件下

经不超过24h的腐蚀

可以清除铸件中的铜管

而对铸件没有损伤。

Abstract

Formation technology of forming oil circuit in aluminum alloy castings by burying copper pipe and its post cleaning process were introduced

emphasizing on analysis of corrosion copper pipe with high HNO3 solution.It is found that copper pipe in the aluminum alloy castings with damage free can be fully cleaned by corroding with 2 times calculated 65% HNO3 solution for less than 24 hours.
