摘要

经930℃和1030℃过热处理后

采用水淬法制备了直径为5mm的Cu40Zr45Al7Ag8大块非晶合金。利用差示扫描量热仪（DSC）对其晶化行为进行了研究。并通过X射线衍射分析了Cu40Zr45Al7Ag8大块非晶合金在不同温度退火不同时间后的析出相。结果表明

熔体过热处理提高了熔体的玻璃形成能力

且使合金的抗晶化能力/热稳定性增强。

Abstract

Cu40Zr45Al7Ag8 bulk metallic glasses were prepared by water quenching under different overheating temperatures（930℃

1030℃）. The crystallization behavior was studied by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）. The precipitated phases in Cu40Zr45Al7Ag8 bulk metallic glasses at different annealing temperatures with different time were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The results show that melt overheating treatment can enhance glass-forming ability and resistance for crystallization and thermodynamic stability.
