摘要
为了有效控制Al-Ti-B合金线材微观组织中的TiAl3化合物颗粒的状态
研究了Al-Ti-B合金熔体进行电磁搅拌与连续铸挤线材成形过程中
搅拌温度及搅拌时间对化合物TiAl3颗粒的大小、形态及分布的影响。结果表明
电磁搅拌时间的延长可以使TiAl3颗粒的聚集现象消除
颗粒破碎细化
分布趋于均匀
电磁搅拌30min可达到最佳效果;搅拌温度直接影响熔体粘滞力的大小
搅拌温度升高可消除TiAl3颗粒团聚带
改善颗粒的分布
电磁搅拌温度控制在800℃为最佳。
Abstract
To effectively control the morphology of TiAl3 compound particle in microstructure of Al-Ti-B wire
effects of different electromagnetic stirring time and temperature on the size
shape and distribution of TiAl3 phase during electromagnetic stirring and CASTEX deformation of Al-Ti-B melt were investigated by OM (optical microscope)
SEM (scanning electron microscope) and XRD (X-ray diffraction). The results show that with increasing in electromagnetic stirring time
the conglomeration of TiAl3 phase disappears
and particles are broken and refined with uniform distribution. Desirable refining effects can be observed at 300 min. Stirring temperature directly control the viscous force. With increasing in temperature
aggregating band of TiAl3 phase disappears with the improvement of particle distribution. Desirable electromagnetic stirring temperature is 800℃.
